Operations begin at the company by shipping a weekly container of unpeeled green tomato (tomatillo). Our clients are located at Chicago Illinois.

December 2004

Thanks to the quality and low price, clients start to ask for several deliveries of the main products of the company, such as coriander, jalapeño pepper, poblano pepper and onion.

January 2005

The product range grows and the weekly product shipment number goes up to 5 per week.

April 2005

The construction  of new, more situable installations begins, sales go up to 35 shipments per month.

A deal is signed to begin the construction of two packaging lines, that would allow the productivity to increase, make it faster and lower the prices. Also, to establish a pre-cooling process.

The product range goes up to 30 thermos.

January 2007

The Governor of Puebla opens the new facilities, 6500 m2 of offices, packaging areas, machine areas, dinner, dressing rooms, storage room, ice factory and pre-cooling area.

Operations on the new facilities begin.

August 2007

Sales go up to 60 montly shipments.
