PRODUCMEC, exporter of dried legumes, vegetables and crops (http://www.producmec.com/ ), has a hydrocooling selection line machine and packing machine for dried legumes, vegetables and crops at its disposal. The machine is very high-tech and was developed by the company “Industrias Rochin”. This company leads in Mexico together with its Spanish partner “Fomesa”, in the manufacturing business of postharvest machinery and equipment.

The machine has various advantages. Firstly, it accelerates the selection process. Secondly, the products such as coriander, pumpkin, spring onion, purslane, wormseed, radish and other products are of better quality. Furthermore, the products are hydrocooled until circa 2 to 4 degrees Celsius so that the products stay fresher in the shelves.
