The machine is very high-tech and was developed by the company “Industrias Rochin”. This company leads in Mexico together with its Spanish partner “Fomesa”, in the manufacturing business of postharvest machinery and equipment.

The machine has various advantages. Firstly, it accelerates the selection process. Secondly, the products such as coriander, pumpkin, spring onion, purslane, wormseed, radish and other products are of better quality.
