With the objective to increase the productivity, quality and to decrease costs, in the different process of selection and packaging, the company acquired  new technology to be able to have two lines of selection and packaging at the time, wich allows us to optimize the resources.

One line of selection and packaging is for products that require to be treated with water like coriander (cilantro), squash (calabaza) and green onion (cebollin), it also  allows us to wash and pre-cooling the products by water treatment.

The other line is for products treated dry, like jalapeño pepper (chile jalapeño), tomatillo (tomate verde de cascara), poblano pepper (chile poblano), etc. wich allows us to clean and increase the quality and speed of packaging.
